Pricing
Tools are a flat monthly price with no cut of what you sell. Store work is quoted per job, in writing, before anything starts. Both are set out below.
Tools
A monthly subscription per app, billed through Shopify and appearing on your Shopify invoice. Cancel from inside the app at any time.
Store work
A fixed quote for the job. No hourly meter, no retainer, and the first conversation costs nothing.
Gang Sheet Builder
The first tool out. Free to start, and a flat price once your customers are using it.
Free
- 15 gang sheets a month
- Every layout and pricing setting
- Checkout rules included
- Enough to find out whether your customers use it
Starter
- Unlimited gang sheets
- No per-order commission
- 14 day trial
- Email support
Prices in USD. Billing runs through Shopify, so nothing card related passes through us.
The other tools
Each gets its own price when it ships, on the same footing: flat monthly, no commission. Nothing here is priced before it exists.
| Tool | Status | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Gang Sheet Builder | In app review | Free plan, then $39 a month |
| Mockup Studio | In development | Set when it ships |
| Artwork Inbox | In development | Set when it ships |
| Bulk Editor | In development | Set when it ships |
| Etsy Bridge | Planned | Set when it ships |
| Listing Assistant | Planned | Set when it ships |
Ask to be told when one of these ships and you will hear the day it does, price included.
Store work
Builds, migrations, optimisation and custom tools are quoted per job. What that means in practice:
The first conversation is free
What the job is, what it costs you today, and whether software is even the right answer. Sometimes it is not, and saying so is faster than quoting for it.
A fixed price, in writing
Scope and price agreed before work starts. If the scope grows, the price is re-agreed rather than appearing on an invoice at the end.
Paid in two parts
Half to start, half on handover. Nothing is invoiced monthly for work that has already finished.
Handed over completely
Code, accounts and documentation are yours. No retainer is needed to keep what was built working.
Billing questions
What counts as a gang sheet?
One saved sheet. Building a layout, changing your mind and rearranging it costs nothing; the count moves when a sheet is saved. The free allowance resets on the first of each calendar month.
What happens when a free plan runs out?
Saving further sheets is refused with a message explaining why, until the next month begins or the store moves to a paid plan. Sheets already saved and orders already placed are not affected.
How does the trial work?
Fourteen days, and nothing is charged during them. Cancel before the end and no charge is raised at all.
How do I cancel a subscription?
From the app's own settings screen, or by uninstalling. Cancelling stops future charges and leaves the current period running to its end.
Do you refund?
Part periods are not refunded, which is what the trial is for. If something went wrong on our side, write to us and it will be put right.
Will prices change?
If they do, merchants already subscribed get 30 days' notice by email and can cancel before the new price applies.
Do you take a percentage of my sales?
No, and that is deliberate. A percentage looks harmless until a store gets busy, and the months you work hardest should not be the months a tool takes the most from you.
Tell us what is eating your week.
Whether it turns into a tool, a fix to your store, or a note that you already had it right, the first conversation costs nothing.
